Could not connect to the database

I believe simple increase in a max number of concurrent database connections, by 5 will solve that issue.

I don't have any personal remarks for this forum. This forum is goo for computational finance. I have a suggestion for Mr. admin. Please add a section for paper presentations and papers so that it can be found easily.
